Dear Parents,

This letter serves to inform you that the front circular driveway will be open for morning drop-off of students.  I cannot stress enough the importance of following the drop-off procedures.

When entering the circle, there will be a single traffic lane; cones will be used to create the lane and cars will not be permitted to move around each other.  You are permitted to drop off at the EAST ENTRANCE ONLY.  Discharging of students can only take place on the right hand curb.  Do not get out of your cars to assist your children.  It is imperative that traffic keeps moving through the circle.

In the interest of the safety of all our students and parents, I have placed a custodian and a monitor in the circle during the time it is open for arrival, that being 9:10 a.m.  It is my intention that their presence will help remind everyone to adhere to established rules, and they should be treated with the utmost respect.

Vehicles are not permitted in the circular driveway for drop-off between 8:30 a.m. and 9:10 a.m.  Only buses are permitted prior to 9:10 a.m.

For the safety of all the youngsters that attend Bowling Green, it is your responsibility to adhere to the rules of the front circle.  Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
